All About Bicycles of Mobile Alabama

We have decided to close All About Bicycles. We have come to this difficult decision due to the effect the time requirements and economic pressures of running a retail business has on our family. As most of you know, we were operating AAB in addition to my normal work and our family responsibilities and it has just become too much.

We sincerely appreciate the amazing support of a great many friends and customers. We have also enjoyed the personal relationships our ownership of AAB has fostered with all of you and with Kyle and Joseph. Finally, we want to wish Kyle and Joseph well as they work toward the grand opening of the Fairhope Bicycle Co.

All About Bicycles will remain open until, approximately, October 20, 2009. We wish you all, sincerely, the best.

Thanks for great service, support, encouragement, and friendship you provided to the cycling community. And the Saturday after-ride conversations allowed many friendships to grow. All this will truly be missed. Good luck in the future.

I am very saddened to hear this news. AAB was a wonderful resource and support for the cycling community. The sat ride and bagel fest has been an important addition to the camaraderie of bikers and I have personally gained many friends. I hope that this experience can continue and I will help support it in any way I can. Perhaps one of the remaining bike shops can sponsor. Best wishes to Kyle and Joseph...will be there to celebrate and support!
